Low-carb diet recipes - Stage 1
Most low-carb diet plans introduce different stages of diet. Stage 1 is often aimed at bringing your cravings for carbohydrates under control. A sample low-carb Diet recipe under phase 1 follows:
2 cups baby spinach
1 hard-boiled egg cut into slices
pepper to taste
Grilled Halibut with Avacado
2 Halibut Fillets
3/4 cup sliced Avacado
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/8 Red Pepper Ground
Step 1. Mix paprika, salt, and ground red pepper in a small bowl or cup
Step 2. Submerge fish in oil and dust with 1/4 of the paprika spice mixture
Step 3. Grill the fish on oven grill or barbecue for 4-6 minutes per side, until the fish becomes flakey.
Step 4. Mix avacados, parsely and lemon juice and dust with remaining 3/4 of the paprika spice mixture then server with grilled fish.
Another Low-Carb Diet Recipe

Here are two more of my favorite low-card diets - both of which taste absolutely amazing, are incredibly healthy and fit nicely with low-carb diets:
Brocolli, Carrots with Pine Nuts
2 Cups fresh brocolli
1 Cup Sliced Baby Carrots
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
1/2 Tsp Salt
Pepper to Taste
Step 1. Cut up brocolli and carrots into bit-sized pieces
Step 2. Place 1 Tbsp Oliver oil in fry pan or stir-fry pan, stir in carrots and stir-fry for 8-minutes, then stir in brocolli and cook for another 5-minutes. Note: place top on pan so that vegetables steam in their own juices.
Step 3. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4. Stir in Pine Nuts and take off heat. Mix together an serve.
